Ratifying the assessments for Tree Removal Services in March 2012. (File No. 1208T, Assessment No. 129010)
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 12-893 accepted the Report of Completion for Removal of Diseased and/or Dangerous Trees on Private Properties in the month of March 2012; and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for the City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on August 1, 2012 to consider ratification of assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter, the assessments are herby in all respects ratified; And, Be It
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment.
