BE IT RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City council authorizes the City of Saint Paul, Police Department to enter into the attached Joint Powers Agreement with the Minnesota State Agricultural Society (State Fair). The Saint Paul Police Department will provide various police services for the State Fair during the period as designated in the attached agreement. In return for services, the City of Saint Paul will receive payments from the State Fair as described in the attached agreement.
