Purpose of Appeal
After discussions with Dennis Senty and Steven Schiller, it was confirmed that no one had been to the property. The reason for the CAT 2 was purely based on the utilities shutoff. Water is now flowing and electricity restored.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Trai Nguyen to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 312 KING STREET WEST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council change the building to a Category 1 registered vacant building and waive the vacant building fee for six (6) months; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
