Ratifying the assessments for Boarding and Securing Services in March 2012. (File No. J1208B, Assessment No. 128108)
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 12-895 accepted the Report of Completion for Emergency Boarding and Securings and/or Boarding of Vacant Buildings during the month of March 2012; and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on August 1, 2012 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter and Ch. 60 of the Administrative Code, the assessments are herby in all respects ratified with the following amendments which will be considered seperately:
RLH TA 12-336 - 126 Colorado Street East;
RLH TA 12-338 - 1202 Dale Street North; and
RLH TA 12-340 - 877 Westminster Street; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommended amendments.
