WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 12-1379 accepted the Report of Completion for a water service connection requested by the St. Paul Curling Club Inc. for the property located at 470 Selby Avenue. This project was completed during the Selby Avenue street paving project.

WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on September 19, 2012 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter, the assessment is hereby in all respects ratified; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
