Ratifying the assessments for Collection of Certificate of Occupancy Fees Services from March 2012. (File No. CRT1208, Assessment No. 128210)
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 12-727 accepted the Report of Completion for Certificate of Occupancy fees from the month of March 2012; and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on July 18, 2012 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; Now, Therefore Be It
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter, the assessments are herby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:
RLH TA 12-324 - 1193 Cook Avenue East;
RLHTA 12-329 - 946 Galtier Street
RLH TA 12-323 - 1154 Grand Avenue;
RLH TA 12-328 - 316 Superior Street;
RLH TA 12-333 - 1949 University Avenue West; And, Be It Further
RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment, unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommended amendments.
