WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Yahya Abukhudeer to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Inspection Correction Notice at 1500 MARYLAND AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant an extension to October 1, 2012 for the fire rated floor/ceiling; and grant a 2-inch variance on the openable height of the egress window in the basement rear room; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
