Purpose of Appeal
The repairs requested were completed and the inspector has asked for additional repairs under the same code. I have contracted to have the work completed but may need more time to finish depending on the mason's schedule.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Will Rolf to a Correction Notice-Reinspection Complaint at 1648 CHARLES AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant until September 1, 2012 for compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
