WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Mary Pat Laboda to a Re-Inspection Fire Certificate of Occupancy With Deficiencies at 1195 EDMUND AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal for the owner to get out of the Fire C of O Program; grant the appeal on the stove issue; and deny the appeal on the furnace testing and grant an extension to September 15, 2012 for compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
