Purpose of Appeal
See attachments on windows measurement section. It was reported by fire inspection that the upper unit windows didn't meet size requirement. We, as owner, would like to appeal it because the windows were all updated as is when we bought the property.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Peter Yang to a Correction Notice-Complaint Inspection at 128 COOK AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal on the egress windows in the upper floor north and south bedrooms and grant an extension for 90 days to come into compliance; and grant the appeal on the upper unit south bedroom ceiling height; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
