Appeal of Erick Simola to an Egress Window Non-Compliance Determination at 806 PARKWAY DRIVE.
Purpose of Appeal
Egress window was installed with a 5.11 height of 44". Upon inspection, it was found that the window opening has to be 44" from the ground. Mine is 44 from the frame and 47" to the opening.

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
