WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Chou Xiong to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 1554 BUSH AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant an extension to August 1, 2012 to bring the windows into compliance or the property must be vacated; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
