WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Renewal by Andersen, on behalf of Thomas Barnes, to an Egress Window Non-Compliance Determination at 1236 EDGCUMBE ROAD; the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a 5inch variance on the openable height of two double hung replacement egress bedroom windows measuring 19-7/8 inches high by 25 inches wide; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
