Appeal of Bohlen Properties LLC to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 683 MAGNOLIA AVENUE EAST.
 
Purpose of Appeal
We are selling the property at 683 Magnolia.  We just got the problem tenants out of the building and the city tagged it as a vacant building.  We do have this building property maintained and the utilities are on.  We have an alarm system in this building that will alert us if there are intruders.  We drive by and check on this building several times a week.  The lawn is maintained and building is secure.  We did a truth in housing inspection and have the building listed wih a real estate agent.  We do not believe this building should be tagged vacant as we are taking care of it and will continue to do so.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Bohlen Properties LLC to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 683 MAGNOLIA AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
 
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council [recommendation]; Now, Therefore, Be It
 
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
