WHEREAS, the City Council accepted the Report of Completion of Assessment for the construction of a sidewalk improvement along the south side of Arlington Aveune East from Westminster to Desoto (File No. S1003 Assessment No. 100790) and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on June 20th, 2012 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the said assessment is hereby in all respects ratified; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
