WHEREAS, on August 17, 2011, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File AR 11-80, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Trash Hauling Services from May 04 to 25, 2011 at 1016 AURORA AVENUE. (File No. J1111G, Assessment No. 118087); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1016 Aurora Avenue, being described as: Greve's Subd'n. A W 1/2 of Lot 2 and all of Lot 3 Blk 2 with the property identification number 35-29-23-32-0058 was assessed an amount of $75.00 for trash hauling services from May 04 to 25, 2011; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as property had shown proof of garbage hauling services during that period; Now, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $75.00, plus any accrued interests, be refunded and Council File AR 11-80 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
