Amending Chapter 407 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code pertaining to Hotels.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1
Section 407.06 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

Sec. 407.06. Requirements
Applicable laws, rules and regulations. No persons shall be granted a license nor shall any person operate a business licensed under this chapter that is not in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. Hotels shall also comply with Minnesota Statutes Chapter 327 and Minnesota Rules 4625 as amended from time to time and any other applicable state statutes, rules or regulations.

SECTION 2
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days following its passage, approval and publication.
