RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of St. Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-0511-000the sum of $33,000 in full settlement of Plaintiff's claims in Vivian Dianne Evert v. City of St. Paul for damages arising from an accident on the sidewalk adjoining the Ordway Theater on April 30, 2009.
