Ratifying Collection of Vacant Building Fees from December 2011 (File No. VB1205, Assessment No. 128804)

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 12-346 accepted the Report of Completion for Collection of Vacant Building Fees from the month of December 2011; and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on May 2, 2012 to consider ratification of assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that said assessments be and the same are hereby in all respects ratified pursuant to Saint Paul City Charter Chapter 14 with the following amendments which will be considered separately:
RLH TA 12-192 - 1302 Blair Avenue;
RLH TA 12-187 - 575 Dayton Avenue;
RLH TA 12-190 - 56 Lawson Avenue West;
RLH TA 12-191 - 561 Manomin Avenue;
RLH TA 12-188 - 676 Rivoli Street;
RLH TA 12-186 - 1795 Selby Avenue;
RLH TA 12-189 - 1952 Stillwater Avenue;
RLH TA 12-195 - 571 Van Buren Avenue;
RLH TA 12-244 - 942 Wilson Avenue;
RLH TA 12-XXX - 405 Burgess Street - to be referred back to May 15, 2012 Legislative Hearing and June 6, 2012 City Council Public Hearing; And, Be It Further
RESOLVED, that said assessments are hereby determined to be payable in one installment unless specified in the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommended amendments.
