Ratifying Property Cleanup Services during January 2012 (File No. J1208A, Assessment No. 128511)
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 12-348 accepted the Report of Completion for Property Clean Up on Private Properties during the time period of January 4 to January 31, 2012; and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on May 2, 2012 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter, the assessments are herby in all respects ratified with the following amendments which will be considered separately:
RLH TA 12-165 - 700 Conway Street;
RLH TA 12-161 - 225 Curtice Street East;
RLH TA 12-167 - 965 Euclid Street;
RLH TA 12-162 - 655 Gotzian Street;
RLH TA 12-169 - 785 Jessamine Avenue East;
RLH TA 12-178 - 621 Reaney Avenue;
RLH TA 12-166 - 1541 Sims Avenue;
RLH TA 12-183 - 1101 Sixth Street East;
RLH TA 12-212 - 995 Third Street East;
RLH TA 12-155 - 767 Thomas Avenue; And, Be It Further
RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommended amendments.
