WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Kristina Beedle to a Code Compliance Report at 23 ISABEL STREET WEST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council 1) grant the appeal on the dirveway replacement with pavement and allow that the driveway stone may be repaired; 2) deny the appeal on the repair and insulation of floor boards in the attic; 3) deny the appeal that all windows be repaired or replaced - allowing that custom window replacements be given up to 2 years; and 4) deny the appeal on the insulation and framing of the walls; excepting situations where the senior building inspector has reviewed and approved alternate construction practices; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
