RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of St. Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-0511-000 the sum of $249,000 in full settlement of Plaintiff's claims in Anthony Michael Clark, Jr. v. City of St. Paul for damages arising from Plaintiff's encounter with St. Paul Police Officers on September 26, 2010.
