WHEREAS, on March 21, 2012, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File Numbers RLH AR 12-11 and RLH TA 12-159, said Resolutions being the Ratification of Assessment for Boarding and Securing Services during November 2011. (File No. J1204B, Assessment No. 128104); and
WHEREAS, the property at 760 Jessamine AVenue East, being described as: Oak Ville Park Lot 5 Blk 23; with the property identification number 29-29-22-11-0175 was assessed an amount of $426.95; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment of $426.95; and
WHEREAS, it was found that File No. J1204B was incorrect and should be J1205B; and
WHEREAS, 760 Jessamine Avenue East must be removed from RLH AR 12-11; and
WHEREAS, this address will appear on the April 18, 2012 City Council Public Hearing Agenda under File No. RLH AR 12-57; Now, Therefore Be It
RESOLVED, Council File Numbers RLH AR 12-11 and RLH TA 12-159 are hereby amended to reflect this change.
