WHEREAS, on January 5, 2011, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RES 11-18, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for graffiti removal on private property from August 2, 2010 to August 20, 2010. (File No. J1103P, Assessment No. 118971); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1639 University Avenue West being described as: Brightwood Park Part Of Lot 16 Lying Wly Of A Line Run From A Pt On Sl Of Lot 16 Dist 7.47 Ft W From Se Cor Thereof To A Pt On Nl Of Lot 16 Dist 7.18 Ft W From Ne Cor Thereof And There Term & All Of Lot 15 Blk 4, with the property identifification number 33-29-23-14-0078 was assessed an amount of $210.46; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections recommends deleting the assessment as a graffiti waiver was received; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with this action; and
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessment for this property be deleted, plus any accrued interest; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the reduction of $210.46, plus any accrued interest, be funded. Council File RES 11-18 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
