Approving the Settlement Agreement and Release between Craig Johnson, Sr. and the City of Saint Paul.

RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund, GL 225-42310-0511 <tel:225-42310-0511>, to Craig Johnson, Sr. and his attorneys, Bennerotte & Associates, PA, the sum of forty five thousand dollars and no cents ($45,000.00) in full and final settlement of all outstanding disputes, claims, costs, attorney and arbitration fees associated with Underinsured Motorist Benefit and No-Fault Benefit claims arising out of an automobile accident that occurred on April 26th, 2011, while Craig Johnson, Sr. was working for the City of Saint Paul's Public Works Department.
