WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Bee Her to a Re-Inspection Fire Certificate of Occupancy With Deficiencies at 1700 ROSS AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council remove the appellant from the Fire Certificate of Occupancy Program and refer to Code Enforcement for compliance of the deficiency list; Items 11 and 12 are deleted from the list; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
