Purpose of Appeal
I am appealing number 5 on page 2...This bedroom has an egress window, room is clean, and has a children's bed which is smaller than twin bed. I spoke with inspector during the inspection. It has enough clearance to walk through bedroom to egress window and egress window opens up to city code.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Ryan Marvin to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Inspection Correction Notice at 876 JUNO AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a variance on the minimum size of the second floor east bedroom during the current tenancy and only for two years; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
