Title
Appeal of Michael S. Amos, Sr. to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Inspection Correction Notice at 2071 ORANGE AVENUE EAST.

Purpose of Appeal
The windows are fairly new Andersen Renewal windows.  They open to a height of 19 3/4 inches and are 30 inches wide.  An opening of this size should provide an escape big enough for almost anyone should the need arise.  To replace these windows to gain 4 1/2 inches seems unnecessary and cost prohibitive.  Thank you.
