Title

Ratifying the assessments for Property Cleanup Services from November 30 to December 30, 2011 (File No. J1206A, Assessment No. 128505)

Body

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 12-149 accepted the Report of Completion for Property Cleanup on Private Properties during the time period of November 30 to December 30, 2011; and

WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for the City Council with respect to those assessments; and

WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on April 4, 2012 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and

WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that said assessments be and the same are hereby in all respects ratified pursuant to Saint Paul City Charter Chapter 14 Saint Paul Administrative Code Chapter 60: Property Service Cost Assessments with the following amendments which will be considered separately:

RLH TA 12-139 - 249 Bates Avenue;

RLH TA 12-118 - 1025 Bradley Street;

RLH TA 12-143 - 533 Case Avenue;5

RLH TA 12-138 -  872 Duluth Streeet;

RLH TA 12-121 - 759 Edgerton Street;

RLH TA 12-197 - 83 Jessamine Avenue West;

RLH TA 12-119 - 772 Jessamine Avenue East;

RLH TA 12-127 - 1074 Jessie Street;

RLH TA 12-117 - 1182 Reaney Avenue;

RLH TA 12-128 - 1830 Roblyn Avenue;

RLH TA 12-137 - 872 Selby Avenue

RLH TA 12-125 - 1214-1218 Thomas Avenue; And, Be It

FURTHER RESOLVED, that said assessments are hereby determined to be payable in one installment unless specified in the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommended amendments.
