WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council File 12-356 accepted the Report of Completion for Replacement of Lead Water Service Line on private properties as requested by the Property Owner during the time period of November 2011 to January 2012; and
WHERAS, the City held a public hearing on April 4, 2012 to consider ratification of assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with said services, having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same and found the said assessment satisfactory, now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified; pursuant to Saint Paul City Charter 14 and Saint Paul Administrative Code Chapter 63: Water Pipe Assessment; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the said assessment be and is hereby determined to be payable in twenty equal installments.
