Purpose of Appeal: Ste 101: There were several confetti cannons but no fireworks indoors. It was a birthday party of one of the tenant's sons and people were coming & going. I had posted occupancy load already there, and this will not be repeated in the future. I will submit a permit with architecture approval for use change.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Raj Mehta to a Correction Notice-Complaint Inspection (which includes condemnation) at 220 Robert Street South, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and refer to January 7, 2025 Legislative Hearing as the conditions outlined in the attached nuisance abatement plan have been met; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
