Appeal of Lita Fierro to a Notice of Condemnation as Unfit for Human Habitation & Order to Vacate at 927 DESOTO STREET.

Purpose of Appeal:  Waiting for the loan to come thru and contractor to let us know how much it will cost to repair the house. So, we just need some more time to get the house fixed up to what the City needs.

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council  [recommendation]; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
