Appeal of Mary Durkop to a Correction Notice - Re-Inspection Complaint at 1725 THOMAS AVENUE.

 

Date/Time of 1st LH:  May 6, 2025 at 2:00pm - 4:00pm

Purpose of Appeal:  Building has a purchase agreement on it. The new owner plans to vacate everyone and remodel so we are not interested in doing the orders on Unit 5 - The unit is also vacant. Inspector knows this and has been told this, but still says the orders will remain. I already did extinguishers and told them we could do the building orders just {copy mailed cuts off explanation}

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Mary Durkop to a Correction Notice - Re-Inspection Complaint at 1725 THOMAS AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council [recommendation]; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
