Appeal of Deborah Ruberto to a Summary Abatement Order and Vehicle Abatement Order at 235 BATES AVENUE.

 

Date/Time of 1st LH:  Tuesday, October 28, 2025, teleconference between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.

Purpose of Appeal:  Everything on property belongs to owner of 237 Bates.  All vehicles, car parts on property are his.  It's just parked on all the community property.  I do not own any of the vehicles or boats on premises or any of the other things out there.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Deborah Ruberto to a Summary Abatement Order and Vehicle Abatement Order at 235 BATES AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to January 1, 2026 for compliance with items related to weight lifting and punching bag(s), and grant to November 24, 2025 for balance of the orders; also grant to November 24, 2025 for compliance with the Vehicle Abatement Order; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
