Date/Time of 1st LH:  Tuesday, September 23, 2025, 1:30 p.m., Room 330 City Hall

Purpose of Appeal:  Landlord failed to comply with City inspectors requests and never told me about it.  Through no fault of mine, I was given just a month to find another home for my wife, stepdaughter, and myself.  Hope to get an extension.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Stephen Martin, Tenant, to a Fire Inspection Report at 1771 Reaney Avenue, Apartment 4 (carriage house), the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council [recommendation]; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
