WHEREAS on October 2, 2024, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 24-73, said Resolution being the Rubbish and Garbage Clean Up services during April 10 to 30, 2024. (File No. J2425R, Assessment No. 248531); and

WHEREAS, the following properties listed were assessed:

1083 Blair Avenue;

667 Charles Avenue;

330 Como Avenue;

1339 Conway Street;

1269 Cook Avenue East;

243 Cottage Avenue West;

1088 Dale Street North;

1054 Edmund Avenue;

360 Goodrich Avenue;

551 Kent Street;

1585 Marion Street;

1630 Marion Street;

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends reducing the assessments XXX; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reductions, plus any accrued interests, are reduced. Council File No. RLH AR 24-73 is hereby amended to reflect these changes.
