Making finding on the appealed of Greg Gustafson to a nuisance abatement ordered for 1244 BLAIR AVENUE in Council File RLH SAO 24-64.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 24-64 on October 9, 2024 which granted an extension to October 11, 2024 to abate the nuisance conditions (plant growth) at 1244 Blair Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on October 11, 2024 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions [were / were not] abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is [abated and the matter resolved / not abated and therefore authorizes the Department of Safety and Inspections to proceed with this nuisance abatement].
