Appeal of Kevin Debezelle, KJD Rental Properties LLC, to a Correction Notice at 2043 ASHLAND AVENUE.

Purpose of Appeal: Parking is the same as it was prior to the new construction build. There is rock in the parking area which may be considered a dustless surface. With the original plans, I would have put asphalt in but was not allowed to disrupt the parking area as that would have exceeded 10,000 feet of disturbance.

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
