Appeal of Gomaa Elzamel to a Fire Inspection Report at 1090 LOEB STREET.
Date/Time of 1st LH: Tuesday, January 6, 2026, teleconference between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Purpose of Appeal: Inspector unlawfully entered my private property, walking around the house, backyard, and entered enclosed porch peeking inside bedroom windows without consent or notice. Violating my 4th amendment right Minn. stat. 626.18 and St. Paul Code 34.24 findings from this inspection should be dismissed. (Also see email from appellant.)

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Gomaa Elzamel to a Fire Inspection Report at 1090 LOEB STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council [recommendation]; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
