Title

Appeal of Angela Seard for Willow & Brook to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Revocation and Order to Vacate at 518 DAYTON AVENUE.

Date/Time of 1st LH:  August 13, 2024 @ 1:30pm-3:30pm

Purpose of Appeal:  I am applying for a stay of further action. This home is no longer applying for a short term rental license. I have not been able to determine how to successfully inform the city that the property will only be used as a residential home. The inspector informed me that next step is "Vacant" classification, despite the fact that it serves as a family/vacation home. I would like to get out of this status quagmire and can see no other way beyond this channel.

Date of Order(s) Under Appeal:  July 15, 2024
