History of Orders on Property: The first two appointment (1/17/24 & 3/27/24) letters mailed to 9116 Palmetto Dr in Eden Prairie, as per our records. Original inspection rescheduled and resulted in a no-entry. Third and fourth appointment letters (4/18/24 & 5/9/24) mailed to 6058 3rd Ave S in Minneapolis MN (including a courtesy copy to occupants) and all resulted in no-entries. On 12/10/2024, property owner/property representative submitted change of information and mailing address was updated.
