PUBLIC HEARING

1.      Conveyance of Land from the HRA to Penfield Apartments LLC

Chair Thune announced the public hearing; supporters gave testimony in favor of the project.

Mr. Matt Kramer, President of the Saint Paul Area Chamber of Commerce located at 401 N Robert Street, Suite 150, Saint Paul, MN 55101

      Mr. Bob Spaulding, 66 E 9^th Street, #1714, Saint Paul, MN 55101.

      Mr. Jay Severance 350 Saint Peter St. #409, Saint Paul, MN 55102

Commissioner Harris made the motion to continue the Public Hearing to the December 22, 2011 meeting.
