NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota ("HRA") that the following persons are appointed officers of the HRA effective immediately after the passage of this Resolution:
Commissioner Amy Brendmoen - Chairperson
Commissioner Russ Stark - Vice Chairperson
Commissioner Kathy Lantry - Secretary
Commissioner Dai Thao - Treasurer
Britney Stanley - Recording Secretary
