Returned Mail/Notice Concerns?:

Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): PO has an EOW cart but is being billed for 35

Staff Comments: PO states someone told her to just pay $58.47 for Q2 and we would adjust the cart, so she still has $24.22 due on Q2. It looks like we just put the purple lid on the cart in October but PO states it was supposed to happen a long time ago and never did. Staff recommends reducing assessment to $58.47
