Be it resolved that the Saint Paul City Council does officially welcome the Honorable Sophia Abdi Noor, the first woman from North Eastern Kenya elected to parliament, on her visit to Saint Paul; and,

Be it further resolved that we invite the Honorable Sophia Abdi Noor to address the Council at today’s meeting.
