Returned Mail/Notice Concerns?:

Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): Hauler do not listen to the resident. Purchased the house (6-27-18) and looked for garbage collector everywhere, gave info, need small garbage container, don’t want medium one, has requested a small container a few times and has not received on yet.  Did not receive mailer.

Staff Comments: Delivered 65 gallon at start of program, resident has talked with staff a few times about small cart, staff recommends removing the assessments.  Staff will follow up with the hauler on the cart switch, Staff recommends removing the assessment as there seems to be some communications errors that occurred based on when the resident purchased the property.
