Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 33 GEORGE STREET WEST in Council File RLH SAO 18-55.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 18-55 on August 22, 2018 which granted an extension to August 24, 2018 to abate the nuisance conditions at 33 George Street West; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on August 28, 2018 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
