WHEREAS, Habanero Tacos Mexican Grill & Bar d/b/a Habanero Tacos (License ID #20220001905) applied for a Liquor On Sale - 101-180 Seats and Liquor On Sale - Sunday license for the premises located at 80 Snelling Avenue in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, on January 11, 2023 the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required notice ("Notice") with a response date of February 24, 2023; and
WHEREAS, the Notice also contained license conditions included the requirement that the Licensed Premises operate as a restaurant within the definitions 409.02 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to the approval of the licenses; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the license conditions are reasonable given the license applied for, the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the licenses; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a Liquor On Sale - 101-180 Seats and Liquor On Sale - Sunday license is hereby approved and issued to Habanero Tacos Mexican Grill & Bar d/b/a Habanero Tacos (License ID #20220001905) for the premises located at 80 Snelling Avenue in Saint Paul.
