TITLE
Authorizing the City to enter into a professional services agreement with Mythics, Inc. to provide professional consulting services for the implementation of a new enterprise asset management system.
BODY
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul and the Board of Water Commissioners desires to obtain professional consulting services for the implementation of a new Enterprise Asset Management System (“EAMS”); and
WHEREAS, proposals were solicited from qualified firms to provide said services and from those staff recommends the proposal submitted by Mythic's, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul desires to enter into an agreement with Mythic's, Inc. to provide said consulting services at a cost not to exceed $3,462,544, costs of which to be shared with the SPRWS as governed by the Joint Powers Agreement between PW and approved by the SPRWS Board at its March 2023 meeting;
WHEREAS, the EAMS System Project is an approved ARPA Funded project; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul and the Board of Water Commissioners hereby requests that City of Saint Paul Contracts and Analysis Services draft an agreement with Mythic’s, Inc. to provide professional consulting services for the implementation of a new EAMS at a cost not $3,462,544, and to include all other terms and conditions as may be required.
