WHEREAS on March 23, 2022, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 22-19, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Property Clean Up services during November 1 to 10, 2021. (File No. J2214A, Assessment No. 228513); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1615 Charles Avenue, being described as: Lot 11 Block 1 of Stierle, McConville & Seeger’s W 1/2 of Lot 11 and All of Lot 12 Blk 1, with the property identification number 33-29-23-14-0195 was assessed an amount of $322; and
WHEREAS, Assessment Office staff made a request to delete the assessment due to improper notice (notice was only sent to occupant and not to owner); and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $322, plus any accrued interests, is deleted and the Offices of Financial Services will abate this from the 2023 Property Taxes Statement.
